Forged and assembled in the USA with only USA sourced materials, Corse Werks offers creativity, authenticity and superior craftsmanship to each project with outstanding results. Our wheels are designed, engineered, machined, finished and assembled by hand at our in-house production facility in California. We strive to cater to our clients’ specific needs and build bespoke wheels with exceptional quality.
We are constantly optimizing our process to achieve maximum quality and precision. Timely expansion of our wheel line and options helps us meet customer needs.
You are about to embark upon one of the most exciting, satisfying and ultimately rewarding experiences! TAILORING A NEW SET for your prized possession is an immensely personal and deeply rewarding experience. Our in-house team of talented designers, engineers, CNC programmers with mill and lathe capabilities, and multi-piece wheel assemblers work diligently to bring your ideas to life.
At Corse Werks Forged, we help people realize their dreams. This is our Passion! We believe your vehicle is a reflection of who you are and a unique expression of your personality and lifestyle. We communicate with you every step of the way, discussing options and paying attention to details, both large and small.
Our wheels are engineered utilizing SVE. Just as no two snowflakes are alike, no two vehicles are the same. During the engineering phase, all aspects of the vehicle including weight distribution, acceleration, suspension, brakes, curb weight, etc. are considered in order to create specific wheel blanks. In the development phase, wheel profiles are used to minimize back spacing and create tighter machining tolerances which helps us construct a lighter wheel while maintaining the desired structural integrity.
During the SVE weight optimization, Finite Element Analysis (FEA) is performed to accurately model wheels and processes to determine structural integrity, performance and reliability in order to optimize the wheel’s strength-to-weight ratio. Each wheel goes through simulated impact testing according to SAE, JWL and VIA standards.
Every Corse Werks Forged wheel begins with a grade ‘A’ 6061-T6 aerospace grade aluminum billet cut and is then put into a 10,000 Ton Forging Press to forge the center disks. The result is 6061 aluminum material with a completely superior grain structure which allows the wheels to be both lightweight and extremely robust. Once the raw center disk forgings are manufactured, our 3 Pc rim halves are manufactured to the tightest tolerances through CNC Spinning of 6061 Aluminum alloy. 6061 aluminum sheets are spun on a CNC lathe to achieve absolute trueness and quality; this process eliminates all vibration complaints experienced from aftermarket wheels. All of our multi-pc wheels are then hand assembled by our SEMA wheel and tire certified technicians, and hand torqued for accuracy.
